Chris and Jamie-man and wife-Green Bay Wedding Photography
Last Saturday afternoon I headed over to Heritage Hill to photograph Chris and Jamie’s wedding day. These two exchanged vows on a picture perfect late summer day with about 100 of their closest friends and family members looking on. Their entire day was spent at Heritage Hill and while I have photographed many ceremonies there, Chris and Jamie’s was my first evening reception at the park and what a wonderful place to celebrate! The ceremony went off without a hitch, and after dinner the DJ started playing some killer music that had the dance floor packed the entire night. They chose amazing florals by buds ‘n bloom and super yummy cupcakes from the fabulous gals at Cupcake Couture. And let’s not forget about the bride and groom. Jamie looked absolutely stunning in her illusion neckline gown and Chris’ face literally lit up like a Christmas tree with he saw her. It was just a really lovely day to be a part of.
Chris and Jamie, thank you so much for asking me to document your day. I hope you love the images we captured of the day you started your lives together as husband and wife!

Jeff and Lauren-man and wife- Door County Wedding Photography
Last Saturday I headed up to the County of Door to photograph Jeff and Lauren’s wedding day. I have known Jeff for a long, LONG time. He and his family are from my hometown and he is one of my brother’s best friends (my brother Adam actually stood beside Jeff as his best man). Jeff is goofy and hysterical and one of the nicest, sweetest guys you will ever meet. Back in the day when he and Adam were in high school, I would love when Jeff would stop over as I knew by the time he left, my stomach would hurt from laughing.
Now, I am not usually one that heads up to Door County during the summer months and I had never been to the Gordon Lodge (although I had heard wonderful things about it from other wedding vendors). All I can say about this little resort is WOW. It is charming and quaint and perfect. I worked with Chandra and her team at Door County Event Planners and they made the entire day flow so smoothly. Jeff and Lauren chose an outdoor ceremony overlooking Lake Michigan and it went off without a hitch. The forecast all week called for rain, but that day there was tons of sun, a nice little breeze off the water and not a drop of rain. Oh, and that night the moon was as beautiful as I’ve ever seen. Just breathtaking. As was Lauren. She was the most perfect bride. Relaxed and smiling the entire day. So happy to be marrying her love after 10 years. Yup, you heard that right, 10 years!
Jeff and Lauren, congratulations again! I am so thankful you guys asked me to capture your day. I had a fabulous time and am so excited for you and your families to see these images! Enjoy!

Ross and Kristin-man and wife-Green Bay Wedding Photography
Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing Ross and Kristin’s wedding day. I didn’t want to post this while the newlyweds were on their honeymoon and then because I was on vacation last week, this blog entry has taken me longer than usual to post, but hopefully it will be worth the wait! Ross and Kristin have been together for nine years. That is right. NINE years already. And once you spend a little time with them, you understand why. The love between these two radiates onto everyone around them. What a fantastic group of friends and family they have! It was an absolute delight to capture their day for them.
Ross and Kristin, thank you so much for asking me to be a part of your amazing day. I hope your honeymoon was wonderful and I hope you love this sneak peek of your images!

Zach and Andrea-man and wife-Appleton Wedding Photography
After an entire month off from shooting weddings, last Saturday, on the 1st of August, I headed down to Appleton to photograph Zach and Andrea’s wedding celebration. I had been looking forward to this one for a while. Zach is from my hometown of Oconto Falls and is good friend with my younger brother, Adam. And most of the guys in the wedding party graduated from OFHS and I’ve known many of them for years so it was easy for me to boss them around. I met Andrea last year during our engagement shoot and she is such a sweetheart. And drop dead gorgeous. She made the most stunning bride!
This wedding was at two venues I have never photographed at before, Riverview Gardens and Fox Banquets. Both were amazing and full of special details that Andrea had planned out and worked so hard on. It was just a beautiful day all around and I am so thankful they chose me to be a part of it!
Andrea and Zach, thanks so much for asking me to capture these memories for you. I hope you LOVE the sneak peek!
everyone got a mini ice cream cake. They were the cutest thing! And delicious!
Because Andrea’s dad has passed away, she danced with her brothers. It was so sweet!

Travis and Stephanie-man and wife-Green Bay Wedding Photography
Last Saturday I photographed my third and final wedding for the month of June and what a wonderful celebration it was! Travis and Stephanie’s wedding day was full of love, laughter and oodles of personal touches that really gave their guests a glimpse into their lives together. From their college pride (Go Blugolds!), to their love of their students and teaching, to their amazing wedding party, their gorgeous summer wedding was one I will not soon forget.
Travis and Stephanie-Thank you so much for asking me to capture the memories of your first day as husband and wife. I hope you love the sneak peek!
Travis and Steph read letters they had written each other, held hands and Travis gave her some gorgeous jewelry before the ceremony.
This guy just found out his fellow groomsman is a Vikings fan. 😉

Tim and Emily-man and wife-Green Bay Wedding Photography
Tim and Emily’s wedding last Saturday was one that I would like to do over again every weekend. Beautiful, fun loving bride and groom. Amazing details. A rainy forecast that never came to be. Oodles of friends and family having a wonderful time with the happy couple. Really, what more could you hope for in a wedding day??
Tim and Emily, I hope your honeymoon was amazing. And I hope these sneak peek photos are everything you hoped they would be! Congratulations!!!
Congrats again you two!

Steve and Lindsey-man and wife-Green Bay Wedding Photography
Last Friday I headed up to my hometown of Oconto Falls to photograph the picture perfect wedding day of Lindsey and Steve. Steve and I were close to the same age in high school and when he proposed to Lindsey last year I was SO excited that they asked me to capture the day for them. Oconto Falls weddings are some of my favorite ones to shoot. I know the families (it’s a town of 2500 people so everyone knows everyone), I know the guests and I know the area. It’s just so much fun to be part of them and Steve and Lindsey’s was one of the best. It was a blast to shoot. I had a gorgeous, fun loving couple, an amazing wedding party and two of the sweetest families around to work with. Plus, it was a spectacular day for an outdoor wedding. Blue skies, warm breeze, just insanely perfect.
Steve and Lindsey, thank you so much for asking me to be a part of your day. It was an honor to be there to capture these moments for you. I hope you love your sneak peek!
another of my favorite parts of small town weddings. The guests never let the wedding party and family get thirsty during the photo portion of the day. Bowl full of ice cold beer anyone ????

Luke and Allison-man and wife-Green Bay Wedding Photography
Last Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing Luke and Allison’s wedding day. I got to know these two a bit during our engagement shoot last summer and was really looking forward to capturing their big day. These two are constantly smiling, especially in each others presence, and their happy, bubbly personalities can put a smile on anyone’s face.
Their big day started off pretty rainy, but as soon as they were pronounced man and wife and the ceremony ended, the rain stopped, the clouds parted and they had a gorgeous afternoon and evening to continue their celebration with those who mean the most to them.
Allison and Luke, I hope your honeymoon was amazing and I really hope you love these sneak peek images! Congratulations!
locking up their love and throwing away the key….
This was a first for me. A proposal at the wedding! Kim, the bridesmaid below celebrated a birthday on the day of the wedding. I think she thought her boyfriend was just going to make a birthday announcement. Well, he didn’t…..
it was so awesome!

Adam and Emily-man and wife-Green Bay Wedding Photography
Last Saturday I headed into Green Bay on the most perfect spring day to photograph Adam and Emily’s wedding. Blue skies, a nice warm breeze and flowers in bloom everywhere you turned. Just so so lovely. I met these two lovebirds last summer at their engagement session and was so excited for their day to finally arrive and the day definitely did not disappoint. So many special moments, plenty of happy tears shed and tons of laughs shared by two amazing families and a fantastic wedding party.
Adam and Emily, I hope your honeymoon was AMAZING and that you love your sneak peek images!

Jeremy and Tami-man and wife-Green Bay Wedding Photography
Last Friday I headed over to the Tundra Lodge in Green Bay to photograph Jeremy and Tami’s wedding day. I have been photographing Tami’s neices for a few years now and I also photographed her dad’s wedding last September, so I was familiar with her family and knew that her wedding was going to be a blast to shoot. Back in January I photographed her and Jeremy’s engagement photos and had so much fun chatting with these two about how they met (back in grade school!) and how their paths crossed again years later. In the past few years, an amazing love blossomed between these two and when they look at each other, the love between them is so genuine and apparent that it is hard to take your eyes off of them. Plus these two have an incredible sense of humor and it is just so fun to be around them! (the opening line of their wedding ceremony was: “Mawwage. Mawwage is what bwings us togevah today. Mawwage, that bwessed awwangement, that dweam wifin a dweam.” If you don’t know what that is from, well, I don’t know if we can be friends. 😉 )
Jeremy and Tami, your wedding was one of those amazing ones where I didn’t feel like I was working. Your family and friends were so amazing to work with. You guys were amazing to work with. The whole day was amazing. (how many times can I type amazing in one paragraph?) Anyway, I hope you love the sneak peek images!!! Congrats again!
Jeremy and Tami opted to do a First Look. I LOVE when this happens. Not only are we able to get most of the group photos done before the ceremony so that afteward we have less to do, but I also get to see the genuine emotions of the couple’s first moments together with no one else around to distract from that.
Tami’s veil came loose during the ceremony. Her sister tried to fix it. And ended up pulling it right out. It was hysterical and the crowd erupted in laughter
